Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Bridgeton, MO. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The assistant manager oversees assigned store areas and learns all phases of store operations. When the Store Manager is absent, the role leads the store operation, supporting customer service, associate development, merchandising, payroll and expense controls, safety, and loss prevention.

What you'll do

• Lead company best practices and support productivity
• review store reports and communicate variances
• schedule associates and administer payroll tasks
• assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing associates
• monitor expenditures and payroll hours
• support safety procedures and meetings
• coach associates on customer service
• maintain store presentation and housekeeping
• oversee merchandise processing and merchandising standards
• support loss prevention and inventory processes.
