What you'll do

• Provide technical expertise for server and systems hardware, operating systems, and general data center operations.
• Provide long term systems solutions and maintain reliability/service level operational standards.
• Responsible for hardware, OS, and product implementation, day-to-day integrity, and operation of Windows, Linux, Unix, and other systems.
• Assist in planning short and long-range changes in configuration.
• Make recommendations for selection of platform configurations, hardware, operating systems, and utility software.
• Assist in planning, provisioning, installation, documentation, and administration of server hardware, operating systems, peripherals, local storage subsystems, utility software, and applications.
