What you'll do
- Monitor Murex batches and investigate errors using logs and batch outputs
- use Linux or Unix command-line tools, basic shell or Perl scripts, SQL, enterprise schedulers, monitoring tools, and ITSM tools
- coordinate incidents with end users and L1/L2/L3 teams
- follow issues through resolution and collaborate with developers, business analysts, database administrators, and infrastructure teams.
