Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Provide apartment tours
• run credit reports
• prepare lease packets
• inspect apartments before showings
• maintain property traffic logs
• lease units
• answer prospective residents’ telephone inquiries
• comply with Fair Housing laws. May assist with rent collection, bank deposits, errands, and resident retention activities.
