What you'll do

• Handle customer service matters and account development
• receive load information by phone, fax, or electronic tendering and enter it into the operating system
• serve as the customer’s first point of communication and refer inquiries as needed
• research and code service failures
• facilitate resolution of load issues
• maintain customer information
• communicate service issues and business opportunities to sales
• communicate with customers, operations, and management.
