Purchasing Analyst — Hybrid

The Purchasing Analyst role is hybrid in Beaverton, OR, with onsite work Monday through Thursday and remote work Friday. Pay is $34.67–$38.51 per hour. The analyst supports a supply-chain team of about six and helps cover an employee leave for an approximately six-month period. The role supports purchase-order execution, planning requests, and order changes across multiple teams. Through SAP S/4HANA and Excel analysis, the analyst helps create supply, resolve recurring issues, reduce supply-creation costs, and support timely product delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage purchase-order execution and change requests
• support planning buy requests and supply creation during buy weeks
• use SAP S/4HANA, custom bots, and advanced Excel functions for data management, reporting, and task automation
• organize email communications
• analyze work to identify improvements and prevent recurring issues
• present data and results in team and cross-functional meetings
• communicate with supply-chain partners and stakeholders.
