Industrial Maintenance Mechanic This is an onsite full-time role in Dorothy, NJ, with a starting pay rate of $31.55-$35.72/hour. Kellanova is hiring. This role will perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment, collaborating with the team to keep plant operations running smoothly and continuously improve machinery and the maintenance department.

What you'll do

• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Manage machine performance by doing equipment set-up and change-overs.
• Facilitate production and quickly respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Understand, follow and enforce all established guidelines, ensuring compliance with all safety, health, quality and company policies, procedures and recognized practices.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
