Customer Service Representative

Compensation is $15–$0 per week. The Customer Service Representative is an onsite position based in Temple, TX. , supporting the daily operations of the FASTSIGNS #16201 center. This role exists to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing work orders, preparing estimates, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality signage products. The representative contributes to the center's success by building long-term client relationships and participating in team marketing efforts.

What you'll do

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
