General Maintenance Technician — First Shift

The General Maintenance Technician works onsite in Grapevine, TX, on a first-shift schedule of 6 a.m.–3 p.m., Monday–Friday. Pay is $19–$22 per hour on W-2. Indotronix is recruiting for a client’s operations and maintenance team in a commercial campus environment. The technician responds to work orders, troubleshoots equipment, and performs preventive and emergency maintenance and repairs. The role helps keep building systems and related equipment safe, functional, and available to users.

What you'll do

• Respond to work orders
• troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain building and facility equipment
• perform planned and preventive maintenance
• work on mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, hydraulic systems, purified water systems, and compressed air
• maintain parts inventory and maintenance procedures
• support installations and renovation projects
• follow safety procedures and applicable codes.
