What you'll do

• Manage RFQs and government solicitations
• coordinate engineering and purchasing estimates
• finalize pricing and submit quotes on time
• maintain quoting and win/loss logs
• review awarded contracts and purchase orders
• lead contract review meetings and update ERP records
• coordinate quality clauses, flowdowns, and delivery obligations
• track schedules, modifications, and customer communications
• pursue follow-on opportunities
• improve quoting and contract review processes.
