The Senior Project Manager – Mechanical & Process Piping is an onsite role based in Walton, KY. This role exists to oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical and process piping construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. The Senior Project Manager ensures financial and operational success by managing schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and safety compliance while fostering strong client relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle—from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Lead project planning, risk management, and resource coordination.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee procurement, equipment buyout, and material tracking.
• Monitor progress to ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are met.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
