The In-Home Caregiver role is onsite in Encinitas, CA, with client assignments across North County San Diego. The starting rate is $19 per hour, with increases based on client complexity and caregiver experience. A Place at Home–Encinitas provides home care and builds care partnerships with seniors in the area. The caregiver provides one-on-one support to seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities, assisting with daily living while protecting safety and dignity. The role also observes and reports changes in clients’ conditions and offers a path to train for a Care Manager role through the leadership program.
