Hospitality Specialist – Restaurant Front Desk Host

The position supports the opening team at Highball Social Club, a new restaurant concept from Legacy Hospitality. The host or hostess welcomes guests, manages reservations and check-ins, answers calls, and responds to guest questions and concerns. As a first and last point of contact, the role helps coordinate guest needs with servers, server assistants, and bartenders and supports a smooth restaurant visit.

What you'll do

• Greet guests warmly and professionally

• use the computer system to check guests in and make reservations
• answer phone calls and perform front desk operations
• follow safety, security, and emergency procedures
• communicate guest information to food servers, server assistants, and bartenders.
