Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. The Order Picker — Large Parcel is an onsite, full-time role in Woodridge, Illinois. for this location; the posting’s $18–$21 hourly range applies only to Florida. The role supports Talley, part of Rexel USA’s electrical distribution network. The picker uses an RF scanner to select customer orders accurately and promptly, resolve shipping-method issues, and transfer completed orders to outbound processing. The role supports service excellence through accurate inventory handling and facility upkeep.

What you'll do

• Pick customer orders accurately and on time
• determine whether orders can ship using the method on the picking ticket and resolve incompatibilities
• provide picked orders to shipping or will-call support
• troubleshoot day-to-day inventory issues
• participate in daily facility cleaning and upkeep
• operate standard and stand-up forklifts and handheld scanners.
