Family Support Services / Housing Subsidy Coordinator

The Family Support Services / Housing Subsidy Coordinator role is onsite in Utica, NY. Compensation is $20 per hour. The coordinator administers housing subsidy and Family Support Services programs, helping individuals and families navigate eligibility, documentation, reimbursements, and housing needs. Accurate program records and coordination with families, care managers, funders, and community partners help participants access eligible supports.

What you'll do

• Coordinate funding, implementation, and administration of housing subsidy and Family Support Services programs
• manage subsidy and reimbursement processes
• process intakes and collect eligibility documents and agreements
• complete annual recertifications and renewals
• assist recipients with applications, budgets, tenancy concerns, landlord issues, and repairs
• maintain participant records and prepare reports
• coordinate committee reviews and tutor documentation
• communicate with families, care managers, funders, and community partners.
