What you'll do

• Transport clients to appointments, errands and other destinations
• assist clients with boarding and exiting vehicles, including those with mobility challenges
• maintain a clean, safe and functioning vehicle
• communicate scheduling and client needs to care coordinators
• report changes in client condition or behavior
• follow traffic laws and company driving policies
• provide courteous, patient-centered service.
