What you'll do

• Provide onsite occupational therapy at one Everett client location
• evaluate functional abilities, work demands, and barriers to job performance
• develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• review referrals, records, and job requirements
• assess job tasks, workstations, tools, and environmental factors
• collaborate on treatment and return-to-work plans
• educate patients
• evaluate and adjust interventions
• document goals and progress
• provide therapeutic interventions and ergonomic recommendations
• support transitional duty and return-to-work processes
• deliver workplace-health education and training.

Why this role
