What you'll do

• Ask questions and listen to customers to help select vehicles
• follow up with clients
• support departmental objectives
• provide customer service
• complete sales orders and transaction paperwork
• prepare and demonstrate vehicles
• deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork
• stay current on products and sales training
• follow up on post-delivery items
• maintain keys and dealer plates
• move vehicles and assist with snow removal.
