What you'll do

• Manage project execution, scope, resources, risks, financials, and change management
• gather and validate client requirements and prepare quotes
• monitor revenue, costs, margins, utilization, and performance indicators
• recruit, onboard, and manage language professionals and project staff
• maintain project and client data
• monitor quality and improve workflows
• train and coach team members
• prepare status reports
• support proposals and business development
• manage client relationships, contracts, meetings, and account growth.
