Behavior Technician - Part Time

This role supports the Centria Autism team in providing specialized care for children with autism. This role exists to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The technician uses evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors to help children reach their full potential.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans, work one-on-one with children, teach communication and social skills, reduce interfering behaviors, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with the clinical team.
