What you'll do

• Greet and check in and out patients
• register patients and verify demographic and insurance information
• schedule and reschedule appointments
• process payments
• scan paperwork into the electronic medical record
• answer and route calls
• respond to patient and physician inquiries
• arrange interpreters
• balance cash receipts
• maintain the front desk and waiting area.
