What you'll do

• Assist project managers with correspondence, purchase orders, subcontracts, bids, proposals, transmittals, permit and inspection requests, prequalifications, bonds, licensing, and startup manuals
• support project setup and closeout
• verify and process vendor invoices
• assist with weekly payroll entry
• prepare and edit documents
• run open subcontract and purchase order reports
• keep prints current
• procure and return bid plans
• help educate coworkers on processes
• use approved AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and support data analysis and decision-making within the accounting function.
