Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in New York, NY, supporting people in their homes and in the community. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community
• foster progress toward personal goals, including social interaction and activities of daily living
• coordinate monthly goals and action plans with case supervisors
• document services and client progress
• attend required staff meeting and annual training
• submit paperwork and monthly summaries on time
• follow agency and OPWDD regulations.
