Part-Time Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator

The Part-Time Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator role is onsite in Bozeman, MT, for approximately 20 hours per week. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience. What you'll do

• Receive HVAC equipment and material deliveries
• verify deliveries against orders and report shortages, damage, or incorrect items
• organize, label, and store supplies
• maintain inventory records and routine counts
• communicate low-stock items
• stage materials for jobs
• keep the warehouse clean and safe
• track maintenance for approximately 8–10 service vehicles
• coordinate oil changes and approved service
• maintain vehicle records and flag overdue maintenance or concerns
• communicate with the Metal Shop Manager.
