What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts
• research discrepancies and resolve open items
• support bank reconciliations, payment preparation, and review of cash receipts and disbursements
• manage fixed asset and prepaid expense schedules and reconciliations
• prepare payroll accounting and related reporting
• complete assigned month-end close procedures
• maintain accounting and payment records
• support audit requests and accounting process and control improvements.

Why this role

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; 1–2 years of general accounting, finance, or related business experience. Intermediate Excel and working knowledge of GAAP required; ERP experience and SQL are preferred.
