Certified Peer Support Specialist — Outpatient Plus

The Certified Peer Support Specialist role is field-based in Holly Springs, NC, with compensation of $18–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide individualized support in clients’ homes and community settings
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on care plans
• help identify psychiatric or substance-related warning signs and support de-escalation or safety plans alongside the clinical team
• model self-advocacy and help clients navigate housing and social services
• connect clients with recovery communities
• track billable encounters and phone support
• complete recovery-focused EHR notes within 24 hours
• travel extensively within the service area.
