What you'll do

• Develop and coordinate employment activities for residents age 16 and older
• provide career counseling, planning, employability training, resume preparation, interview and job-search support
• build an employer database and assist residents with suitable placements
• conduct pre-employment screenings and skills assessments
• facilitate work-readiness groups and workshops
• coordinate interview preparation and follow-up
• market programs to employers
• document placements and participant progress
• maintain case notes and follow-up records
• coordinate supportive services, outreach, recruitment, workshops, and community partnerships
• prepare monthly reports.
