Resident Care Associate

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, and activities according to individualized care plans
• observe and report changes in condition
• document care
• respond to requests for assistance
• maintain cleanliness and safety in rooms and common areas
• support residents with dementia through respectful communication and redirection
• respect residents’ rights, privacy, and preferences.
