What you'll do

• Manage a team of engineers and serve as Supervisor and Engineering Lead on high voltage electric transmission line design projects.
• Apply NESC, ASCE, ACI, NEC, and other applicable standards.
• Assist with engineering analyses, prepare bidding documents, draft plans and specifications, and prepare material procurement and construction documents.
• Manage client relations, staff performance, proposal development, scope creation, and project management.
• Apply AI, automation, and digital design platforms.
