What you'll do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and consolidated financial statements
• maintain internal controls and accounting procedures under U.S. GAAP
• oversee general ledger, treasury, accounts payable, cash management, and financial planning and analysis
• lead and develop the accounting organization
• partner with Revenue Cycle Management on revenue and bad debt reporting
• analyze business performance
• coordinate financial planning and strategic plans
• manage audits
• oversee cash requirements
• ensure tax compliance
• improve processes through automation and system enhancements
• support financial evaluation of acquisitions and new clinic openings.
