What you'll do

• Perform onsite condition assessments and construction observations
• investigate and test building envelope issues
• support Building Enclosure Commissioning through design, construction, and occupancy
• analyze field data and prepare client reports
• help prepare construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• analyze applicable building codes
• coordinate with a Project Manager on budget and schedule
• review construction implementation and functional performance testing.
