What you'll do

• Support telephone installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for VoIP and legacy hardware
• pull, terminate, and dress cabling according to industry regulations and sponsor standards
• diagnose and resolve faulty connections, dropped calls, and hardware malfunctions
• provision and configure call routing, voicemail, extensions, and standard phone features
• travel locally between customer buildings and potentially support temporary alternate-site assignments.
