What you'll do

• Participate in daily shift start-up meetings and handoff reports.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per standard work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.
• Identify and escalate quality or process issues.
• Perform routine machine care and preventative maintenance.
• Document production activities and maintain manufacturing records.
