What you'll do

• Monitor building automation, fire, life-safety, and climate-control systems
• perform operational checks and fault diagnostics using direct digital controls and software tools
• maintain programmable controllers
• coordinate with field mechanics and initiate emergency work orders
• serve as a communications liaison during incidents
• maintain compliance logs and trend data
• support building-system installation, configuration, and programming during construction and renovation
• troubleshoot and test pneumatic tube systems.
