Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Intern

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Intern role is onsite in Sanford, FL, with office scheduling Monday through Friday between 7:45 a.m. and 5 p.m. and possible in-home client assignments up to three times weekly, Monday through Thursday, 4:30–6:30 p.m. Compensation is $21 per hour after initial training; the first five days of introductory training are paid at the current state minimum wage. Success on the Spectrum provides the clinical and team setting for this internship. The intern supports individualized behavior treatment under BCBA direction while building clinical experience through client sessions, documentation, data entry, and regular team and performance meetings. Weekend special events may be available to sign up for.

What you'll do

• Prepare client materials
• implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction
• incorporate sensory activities
• record client data in Central Reach
• convert appointments into billing
• write SOAP notes
• attend weekly BCBA team meetings and CEO performance goal meetings
• attend quarterly training
• perform cleaning and sanitizing duties.
