• Lead cross-functional integration and system deployment projects from initiation through stabilization
• partner across operational divisions and corporate and technology teams
• establish project management standards, communication plans, and change management strategy
• develop training plans and SOPs
• oversee team priorities and resource planning
• represent field perspectives in technology initiatives
• establish and monitor project delivery KPIs.
