What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• take and record vital signs
• document care and changes in electronic health records
• report concerns to nursing staff or a supervisor
• assist with feeding and meal preparation
• provide companionship
• follow infection-control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
• collaborate with nurses and physicians.
