What you'll do

• Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles.
• Assess patient and family needs, verify preoperative information, review records and test results, develop and communicate care and discharge plans, administer medications, maintain IV access, provide emotional support, apply aseptic technique, and ensure safe patient transport.
• Maintain accurate nursing and medication documentation.
