The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Plainfield, IN, providing services in home and community settings. Compensation is $22–$30 per hour. Heartlinks ABA provides applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT implements individualized therapy programs, teaches functional skills, records progress, and collaborates with families. The role supports children's communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living goals.

What you'll do

• Provide ABA services to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement BCBA-designed therapy programs, teach skills related to children's functional goals and needs, complete progress notes in the data collection system, and collaborate with families to support consistent behavior-plan implementation.
• The schedule is part-time after school, 15–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
