The Metal Painter — High-Pressure Low-Volume Spraying role is onsite in Woodinville, WA, with pay of $23–$26 per hour. CREO Industrial Arts fabricates custom architectural products and finishes for architects, designers, and venues. The painter applies liquid coatings and specialized finishes to custom products while maintaining quality and safe work practices. The role includes surface inspection and preparation, precise masking, paint booth records, inventory monitoring, and coordination with fabrication, purchasing, and production staff.

What you'll do

• Apply liquid coatings using HPLV spray equipment and acrylic polyurethane paints
• inspect surfaces before coating and communicate needed corrections
• perform some sanding and preparation
• apply masking materials
• identify PPE requirements and follow safe work practices
• monitor inventory and reorder materials
• maintain paint booth logs and housekeeping
• follow coating quality standards and coordinate material ordering.
