What you'll do

• Oversee multiple Section 8 and LIHTC communities
• manage property budgets and capital plans
• supervise and mentor property managers and on-site teams
• monitor housing-law and program compliance
• coordinate inspections, audits, reporting, vendors, and maintenance
• improve resident satisfaction, leasing, retention, and property performance.
