The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Buena Park, CA, serving the Orange County region. Developmental Pathways provides autism services and works to improve the lives of people with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA conducts assessments, creates individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervises behavior therapists and other clinical staff. The role monitors client progress and supports high-quality, evidence-based services for individuals with autism.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior programs
• supervise program managers, behavior therapists, and BCBA candidates
• monitor client progress and prepare reports and monthly updates
• provide supervision hours and continuing education
• travel to client homes and offices as needed
• maintain data collection and analysis and meet insurance expectations.
