What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors and answer calls

• scan and file patient records
• facilitate patient flow and communicate arrivals or delays
• schedule follow-up visits and services
• maintain office supplies and equipment
• protect patient confidentiality
• support billing through charge entry.
