What you'll do

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• maintain and stock the dishwashing area
• clean and sanitize kitchen workstations and floors
• remove trash
• operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed
• clean inside and outside areas, restrooms, dumpster, and back dock
• organize the utility area
• follow cleanliness and food-safety responsibilities
• help with food preparation when needed
• restock clean dishes and utensils
• follow health, safety, and chemical-handling requirements.
