What you'll do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartments
- troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and fixtures
- complete work orders
- conduct preventive maintenance
- prepare apartments for new residents
- maintain grounds, common areas, and exteriors
- respond to emergency maintenance calls when required
- follow safety policies.
