The Dietitian, Dining Services role is full-time and onsite in Southbridge, MA, with a 32-hour workweek and an 8 a.m.–4 p.m. schedule. Pay is $48 per hour. Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care Center’s Dining Services Department provides nutritional services to residents. The dietitian supports resident health by assessing nutritional needs, monitoring weights, and maintaining care plans and therapeutic diets. The role also helps ensure safe, sanitary, and reliable meal planning, preparation, and delivery while educating department staff.

What you'll do

• Complete nutrition evaluations for admissions
• monitor weights and weight changes and provide nutrition interventions when needed
• conduct weekly and monthly weight audits
• document resident visits and update care plans
• support point-of-service meal delivery
• follow therapeutic diet guidelines
• educate department staff
• oversee therapeutic diet planning, preparation, and service
• maintain inventory and ensure food delivery quality and quantity.
