What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email about products, services, and order status
• handle price quotes, credit applications, purchase orders, order adjustments, and cancellations
• place timely vendor orders by computer, phone, email, or fax
• stay current on products and discount structures
• maintain customer accounts and relationships
• collaborate with inside sales and sales representatives.
