Executive Director – Student Housing

Executive Director – Student Housing is an onsite role in Davis, CA, supporting multiple property locations, with anticipated pay of $100,000–$110,000 annually. The director oversees a student housing community’s operations and financial and operational results. By leading staff, leasing, maintenance, budgets, resident services, and property performance, the role works to maintain the asset and achieve occupancy and income goals.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop on-site staff
• oversee leasing, renewals, resident retention, service follow-up, and move-ins
• monitor maintenance and property condition
• implement sales and marketing plans
• develop budgets and forecasts
• monitor income and collections
• analyze financial statements and report variances
• manage staffing, training, payroll processes, inspections, risk, vendors, and property operations.
