Job overview
The Lead Teacher role is onsite in Webster, MA, for $21–$25 per hour. This full-time, school-year position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; evening hours may be required. WCAC’s Early Head Start and Head Start programs support families from prenatal care through kindergarten enrollment. The Lead Teacher plans and implements developmentally appropriate programming that supports children’s growth, self-esteem, social competence, development, and safety. The role also supervises, trains, mentors, and evaluates classroom staff.
