The Post-Press Bindery Operator is a full-time, onsite role in Indiana, PA, with hours of 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and weekends as needed. Pay is $17–$19 per hour, depending on prior experience. The operator supports production at Indiana Printing and Publishing Company, Inc. The role sets up, operates, and maintains bindery and finishing equipment to complete printed materials to customer specifications and quality standards. It contributes to production workflow by inspecting finished work, preparing materials for delivery, and coordinating with press and shipping personnel.

What you'll do

• Read job tickets and set up and operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders
• inspect samples for accuracy and print quality
• perform manual and machine-assisted finishing, trimming, and packaging
• conduct routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
• prepare completed materials for shipping or delivery
• coordinate with press operators and shipping personnel
• follow machinery and material-handling safety protocols.
